GROOM SPA Policies
💳 Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, card, and checks.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee plus any bank charges.
⏰ Arrival Window
Cancellations / No-Show / Trip Fee
As a mobile service, we operate within a 1–2 hour arrival window.
Traffic and distance between appointments may cause delays.
If we are 15 minutes early or late, we will notify you.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows = $50 fee
If we arrive and your pet is not available = $25 trip fee
First-time clients who are not present at arrival will not be rescheduled

You may leave a key or access code for convenience.
A payment method must be provided.
We are not responsible for theft or property damage.
You grant permission for before/after photos to be used on our website, social media, or advertising.
We do not service aggressive dogs.
If aggression is discovered during grooming, service will stop and full payment still applies.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.
Severe matting may require a shave-down for safety and comfort.
This may reveal skin irritation or pre-existing conditions.
Owners accept responsibility for coat condition and any after-effects.
If fleas or ticks are found, we must apply treatment plus a $75 sanitation fee for the vehicle.
If a medical issue is discovered and we cannot contact you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care at your expense.
Senior or health-compromised pets will be groomed gently with low-stress styles.
We are not liable for complications due to age or medical conditions.
A current rabies vaccination is required for all pets
